We only sell products that we've tested and are happy to use ourselves. Everything is quality checked before it leaves our warehouse, and all products are held in the UK for fast dispatch and delivery. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard & American Express) and PayPal.


We offer 2 delivery options: standard (2-5 days) and expedited (1-2 days). This includes the dispatch time. Note that the delivery time is dependent on the amount of orders being processed in our fulfilment centres. For instance, in the build up to Christmas please allow the full 5 days for standard delivery. In quieter periods you may receive your items much faster, but it is not guaranteed.
Standard delivery is just £1.99, and free for orders over £30. If you need the items faster, you can use choose our expedited delivery service (1-2 days) for £4.99.
Several of our items are held in Amazon UK Fulfilment Centres to allow us to consolidate our Amazon and inventory. In these cases we use Amazon to fulfil the orders for us so that they can reach you in the fastest possible time.


We offer a 365 day return policy on all items sold by, as we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with an item, simply return it to us within 1 year for a full refund. If the item is a gift set, we are generally able to replace a single piece from the set. If you have any problems or questions about an order, contact us and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
