Drury Lane Backstage Theatre Tour with Meal for Two

Visit the iconic Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and take a behind the scenes tour through over 300 years of history. Professional actors will transform themselves into a host of colourful characters, including the great clown Joseph Grimaldi and the infamous mistress Nell Gwyn. The venue has seen more than its fair share of exciting and sinister happenings over its long West End residency. Over the course of your tour you’ll get to hear it all including the tales of tragedy, murder, fires and bankruptcy that have shaped it.

You’ll be able to complement your day of discovery with your choice of dining location. Why not enjoy two courses of Italian-inspired cuisine at the ever popular Pizza Express on Bow Street? Or try something new at Covent Garden’s Fire & Stone, with its exotic and city-inspired range of pizzas, pastas and salads? Alternatively, delicious Asian cuisine awaits you at Thai Square on Shaftesbury Avenue.
